[ARCHIVED] Emergency Management Partners with Rubio’s Coastal Grill

Chips and Guacamole

Rubio’s provides incentive for residents to download the Ready Maricopa mobile app to prepare their families for emergencies.

When it comes to an emergency situation, having a plan can help protect you and your loved ones. That is why Maricopa County has partnered with Rubio’s Coastal Grill to help its residents properly prepare and stay informed during and after a disaster.

From June 3rd through June 9th, 2019, residents who download the Ready Maricopa mobile app will receive a coupon for free tortilla chips and guacamole from any Valley Rubio’s Coastal Grill. “It only takes a minute to download the Ready Maricopa app, and completing the simple 5-step emergency plan only takes a few minutes more. Why not do it over some free chips and guac!”, said Robert Rowley, Director of the Maricopa County Department of Emergency Management.

The app is free and can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play by searching for Ready Maricopa. It is available in both English and Spanish. The coupon can be found in the news item banner at the top of the app’s home screen.
