[ARCHIVED] Gilbert Regional Park Groundbreaking

An intergovernmental agreement between the District and the Town allows Gilbert to build a park in the Chandler Heights Basin.  The District maintains ownership of the basin while the Town accepts full liability for public use and performs any needed maintenance.
