Planning & Development

In an effort to continue serving our community, while protecting the health and safety of customers and employees, Maricopa County Planning and Development Department’s customer service lobby is closed to the public.

We are accepting permits online or via a drop-box, which is located outside the lobby at 501 N. 44th Street, Suite 200.

Customers can call 602-506-8573 or email PNDpdcustomerservice@maricopa.gov for assistance with online permitting.

Emergency electrical permits and FastTrack (1-day turnaround) eligible permits should be submitted via email to PNDFastTrack@Maricopa.gov.  A list of permits that are eligible for FastTrack can be found here.

We offer permitting and planning services that allow neighborhoods in unincorporated Maricopa County to grow in a safe, balanced way.
