As part of the Maricopa County Human Services Department, the Workforce Development Division (WDD) is responsible for providing comprehensive workforce services for adult and youth job seekers and employers in Maricopa County. Services are available through two comprehensive career centers, partner sites in cities and towns across the Valley as well as all Maricopa County Library District locations. WDD helps the community by providing a wide range of activities designed to assist career seekers, many with significant barriers to employment, in obtaining the knowledge and skills necessary for self-supporting employment.
