Definitions


Commercial construction can be defined as any structure intended to house commercial activity or those structures which are located on property with either commercial or industrial zoning. Submittal requirements for Commercial Tenant Improvements (TI) are less than those of commercial buildings.

Three complete sets of building plans and 7 Site or Grading and Drainage plans are required along with other application materials. See the appropriate application packet in the Information and Application Packets section below.
